The 74th Matthews Reunion was held on September 11, 2005, at the Lee County Fairgrounds. We had 125 family members present with 4 guests. Joyce Harrington welcomed the group and chaired the business meeting.Geraldine Bridges made a motion that the minutes be approved as written, seconded by George Gebbia.

The Family count was taken, with the following attending:

A motion was made by Jerry Samet to have the Reunion for next year at the Lee County Fairgrounds. Squibb Wilkie seconded the motion. The rent will be $350.
