Last week I was invited to spend the day at Central Florida University in Orlando Florida.  This was Jerry Samet Day for them.  An endowment was given in honor of my mother, Margaret Samet, to set up a scholarship program for the students in Criminal Justice.  They honored me last Thursday, June 16, 2005.  In these pictures along with myself are Judge David Ross, a longtime friend and now a Professor at the University, and Dr. Ross Wolf the Dean.  They have a plaque on their wall with a picture and bio of my Mother.  The entire day was wonderful and a tribute to my Mom.  Those that knew her would be proud.

Jerry
